My Front Door specialise in new build homes and offer a unique pathway to purchasing with a number of options to buy a new home. As well as the standard outright sale we offer Shared Ownership, Equity Share and Rent to Buy.
Shared Ownership
Purchase a 50% or 75% share in a new home and pay rent on the remaining shares. Rent is payable until the remaining shares a purchased up to 100%.
Equity Share
Set at 80% of the market value, you can buy a new home and pay nothing on the remaining 20% for up to 10 years. The 20% remains in our ownership and is payable on resale of the property. You may be charged interest on the remaining 20% after 10 years if you decide not to buy it.
Rent to Buy
Designed for those planning for the future. Move in paying rent and then save for your mortgage deposit in order to buy your home within 5 years. Shared Ownership option available for purchase.
